VM Events & Hospitality LLP provides travel planning, booking, and management services, including flights, accommodation, tours, and other travel-related services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on client requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. 3.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the travel. 3.3. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon. 3.4. Prices are subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

4.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost. 4.2. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. 4.3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total cost. 4.4. Amendments to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for travel bookings. 5.2. The client must ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, where applicable. 5.3. The client must adhere to the travel itinerary and follow the guidelines provided by VM Events & Hospitality LLP.

6. Liability

VM Events & Hospitality LLP will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where such liability is mandatory under applicable law. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law

Refund Policy

1. Deposits

All deposits paid to VM Events & Hospitality LLP are non-refundable.

2.1. If the client cancels the travel booking more than 60 days before the departure date, they will receive a refund of 75% of the total cost, minus the deposit. 2.2. If the client cancels the travel booking between 30 and 60 days before the departure date, they will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost, minus the deposit. 2.3. If the client cancels the travel booking within 30 days of the departure date, no refund will be provided. 2.4. The refund will be provided to the customer within 7-15 working days post cancellation.

3. Amendments

Refunds for any amendments made to the booking will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of VM Events & Hospitality LLP.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations, etc.), VM Events & Hospitality LLP will assess the situation and determine an appropriate refund or rescheduling policy.
